Estimator/Project Manager Position Details

Responsibilities: Work with insurance industry and property owners to assess damages.  Estimating jobs, business development for the company, coordinating bids from subcontractors, planning and organizing jobs. Communicating with customers and coworkers to provide unparalleled customer service.

Qualifications: Highly motivated and energetic sales person, with experience in the insurance industry and various phases of the construction industry.  Computer literacy is a must and excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Ability to handle emergency situations and balance multiple and shifting priorities.

Details: Salary commensurate with experience.  Compensation package includes Bonus Structure, Paid Time Off (PTO) and Medical.  All Tudor Construction & Restoration Co. employees must maintain a valid CA driver’s license.  All prospective employees must pass a pre-employment screening.
